I have struggled most of my childhood with low self-esteem. About 80% of people have experienced lack of self-esteem in one or more areas of their life. I feel very strongly that this needs to be addressed in the school system, and just as important as teaching children academics in school, is to learn effective tools to help build and increase social skills and self-esteem.
In 2013 my youngest son, Adam, passed away from an accidental heroin overdose at the young age of 22. Adam suffered from low self-esteem, even as I always lovingly tried to build him up. This heartbreak and devastation in my life pushed me into the calling to reach as many kids as I can, to help guide them into building their self-esteem, to realize their value and empower them to reach their full potential!
